The Daily Standup is a recurring touchpoint (Mon–Fri) for the team to synchronise efforts and ensure consistent value is delivered from the Sprint backlog. As a self-organising unit, this 15-minute session is the primary tool for maintaining flow, identifying technical challenges early, and keeping delivery milestones on track.
